As reported, In North America, Sheeva.AI and AeonCharge have announced a new partnership that will allow in-vehicle activation and payment of more than 50,000 public EV chargers.
With this Sheeva.AI, one of the leaders and pioneers in in-car payments that monetizes driver experiences through location-based services, and AeonCharge, a platform that helps electric vehicle drivers locate, activate, and pay for charging sessions across multiple charging networks from their mobile application, are coming together as partners to make their services improved and better.
Evgeny Klochikhin, founder and CEO of Sheeva.AI, spoke on OEMs transitioning to electric vehicles, noting that while infrastructure keeps expanding the user experience remains a challenge.
He declared the future of EVs lies in providing convenience and higher adoption rates and was pleased with their progression alongside partnerships such as AeonCharge. Together they have worked to reduce so-called ‘range anxiety’ and improve driving experiences overall.
It is our mission to connect every charger and electric vehicle on the road according to AeonCharge. Christopher Jing, Co-Founder and COO of AeonCharge, says the platform combines thousands of EV chargers into a single interface, making charging convenient and easy for drivers.

Using Sheeva.AI’s patented precise geolocation technology, drivers can pay for and receive services such as EV charging, fueling, parking, curbside pickup and drive-through without necessarily leaving their vehicle.
With the firm’s technology, payments can be made directly on the vehicle’s infotainment screen or any OEM’s mobile app after the vehicle is detected at the gas pump, parking spot, charging space, or drive-through lane.
In addition to providing real-time information on the availability of chargers compatible with EV vehicles across several popular public charging networks, AeonCharge enables drivers to activate their charging hardware without leaving their vehicles.
The companies began discussing the partnership in mid-2022 and formalized it this week, with plans to activate thousands of EV chargers through the car’s infotainment screen by the end of 2023 using Sheeva.AI’s technology.
